He attended Uromi Elementary School in Edo State, thereafter, he went to Uromi Grammar School, where he excelled both academically and socially. He then attended the University of Benin, where he studied Agricultural Economics and bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics in the year 1986.
He also has a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He picked interest in politics and had the interest in becoming a politician.
Career
As Senator for Edo Central, he was elected in 2019, serving his first term. He is an active member of the All Progressives Congress party. He was declared winner of the APC Edo State governorship primary election on February 23, 2024.
