Blxckie was born on the 24th of November, 1999 in Sydenham Heights, Durban, South Africa. He studied Psychology at The University Of KwaZulu-Natal. However, he left school to pursue his music career.

Like many Artists, Blxckie started as a poet before he finally became a rapper. He began by Recording his songs and uploading them to his SoundCloud Account. He started receiving Nationwide recognition after the release of his hit song, Titled “David”, which was certified Gold In South Africa. He developed his passion with music influences from the likes of Ski Mask, Kendrick Lamar, and Lira. He started as a Music professional in 2017 and rose to stardom officially after the release of his hit song titled “Big Time Shlappa”.

On the 26th of November, 2021, he had his B4Now Tour in South Africa beginning from his home State, Durban. On the 3rd of February, 2022, he released his EP titled “Cold”. On the 18th of February, 2022, he released another EP titled “4Luv”.
