Career
Sharon Adeleke started her wigs business after the birth of her first child. She realized that she had so much passion for wig-making after she had watched several YouTube videos and some practice on wig-making.
According to her interview shortly after having her baby and had enough bed rest, she wanted to make her hair and wig. She immediately browsed on YouTube to see if she would find a good YouTube video that’s good at it.
Luckily for her, she came across this YouTube video. She fell in love with the videos and invited the lady to come to make her hair, and she did. She needed more wigs for herself since she wanted to travel, but the lady couldn’t deliver as she turned her down. She then took to herself to try out if she could make it herself.
Sharon spent her time on YouTube videos on how to make wigs and would also spent her time practicing. She continued this daily until she became better and perfect, although she got some assistance which assisted whenever she did it wrongly. She also attended wig-making workshops like Tokyo Stylez, which makes the Kardashian‘s wigs in the United States.
Then she became a master at her craft and started creating wigs for herself as well as some of her buddies who also introduced her to new people.
After a few years and plenty of requests and clients required to grow her operations and get from her home. She made a bold move and created her own brand name ‘Rona’s Wig Studio’.
